摘要
本文利用模糊推理的强度转移法设计了一类恒温烤箱控制系统。首先,以烤箱温度为控制对象,以AT89C51单片机、Pt100、MOC3041,以及可控硅BTA06等主要器件设计了硬件系统。然后,详细地给出了强度转移法的算法步骤。最后,对算法进行编程,并连结各硬件部分,通过LED显示电路检测控制器实际的效果。测试结果表明,该控制系统的上升时间约380秒,温度超调仅为0.2℃,并且温度在期望值处的波动范围小于±0.3℃。
A kind of control system for constant-temperature oven is designed in this paper using fuzzy intensity-transferring algo-rithm. First, a hardware system is designed for the temperature of oven with this main devices including AT89C51 MCU, Pt100, MOC3041 and BTA06. Then, the steps for control algorithm of intensity-transferring are listed in detail. Finally, the algorithm is programmed, hardware devices are connected, and the actual effect of the controller is observed on the module of LED circuit. The result of testing shows that the rise-time of system is about 380 seconds, overshot is only 0.2℃, and the range of waving of temper-ature at expectation value is between -0.3℃ and +0.3℃
