摘要
残余应力对工程部件的机械和工艺特性来说十分重要,而中子衍射法是目前为止唯一可以直接测量材料或工程部件内部深处应力场分布的非破坏方法,具有广阔的应用前景。本文介绍了我国第一台中子残余应力谱仪控制系统的设计和实现。利用研华PCI-1240四轴步进电机控制卡构建了基于插卡式的虚拟仪器硬件,使用美国NI公司的虚拟仪器软件开发环境Lab Windows/CVI编写了控制软件。目前,该系统已经实现了八轴高精度运动控制,并且通过RealWin软件实现了网上远程监视。
Residual stress is rather important to mechanical and fabricating properties of components. Currently, the neutron diffraction is the only nondestructive method which can detect the inner stress distributing of materials or components directly. It has a wide ap-plied future. This article will describe the design and implement of the controlling system of the first neutron residual stress diffrac-tometer in our state. With Advantech four axes step motor controlling card PCI-1240, the hardware of virtual instrument forms based on plugging card. And the controlling software is programmed using language Lab Windows/CVI of National Instruments. Up to now, this system has achieved eight axes motion controls with high accuracy. Its operating panel also can be remotely watched by the soft-ware RealWin on net.
