摘要
本文提出了恒压力控制系统的构架,并对系统的硬件电路进行了设计。其次,通过对模糊控制理论和模糊控制系统架构的分析,设计了本系统的模糊控制器。最后,通过产生SVPWM波的数学模型建立,给出了利用DSP器件实现变频调速的方法。应用智能控制理论,采用DSP器件,实现了恒压力控制系统。该系统具有响应速度快、可靠、自动恒压、投资小等特点。
Firstly, the paper brings forward the structure of the designed control system, meanwhile carries through the design of the hardware circuit of the system. Secondly, the paper illustrates the design process of the fuzzy controller through detailed analysis on the structure of fuzzy control system. Lastly, through the establishment of the producing the mathematical model of the SVPWM wave, the method on how to realize the frequency control system by using DSP device is educed. The constant pressure system possesses remarkable characteristics, such as quick response, good reliability, auto constant pressure, etc.
