摘要 微机控制螺旋钢箍机所加工成型的螺旋形钢箍,能够提高建筑物的抗震性能。文中开创性的将MSP430用于螺旋钢箍的微机控制系统中,设计了基于高性能单片机的螺旋钢箍数字控制系统。该系统功能齐全,性能先进,具有动态显示,语音提醒等功能,经实践检验,该系统为钢箍加工自动化开创了先例。 The helix steel hoop made by the helix steel hoop micro-control systems can boost up the capability which the building resists quake. This paper inaugurates using MSP430 in the helix steel hoop micro-control systems and designs the helix steel hoop micro-control systems based on the high-capability single chip microcomputer. The function of the systems is well-found and its per-formance is advanced. It has the function of dynamic display and sound warning etc. It is examined by fulfillment that it found the precedent for the steel hoop processed automatization.
