摘要 为了保证纺纱过程中粗纱卷绕成形良好和张力恒定,针对粗纱机机械传动系统复杂的特点,提出了粗纱机智能控制系统方案。在单片机的控制下,通过变频器驱动电动机调节粗纱机锭翼、前后罗拉、筒管和龙筋的运动规律。根据纱线品种和特性的需要,能够方便地设定和调整粗纱机各种工艺参数。粗纱机的主要工作参数如捻度、牵伸倍数、粗纱张力、转速等都能够在单片机屏幕上实时显示,实现对粗纱机主要参数的监测和控制。系统控制简单,自动化程度高,保证了粗纱质量。 In order to get constant tension and good shaping rove during spinning, it put forward a plan of the intelligent control sys-tem of roving machine in accordance with the roving machine’s feature of complex mechanical driving system. The motion law of the flyer, front or back roller, and bobbin and spindle rail can be controlled by microcomputer with the help of motors droved by fre-quency converter. According to the need of variety and feature of yarn, the parameters can be decided and changed easily under the intelligent control system. The main parameters, such as the twist, draft ratio, and rove tension and revolving speed can be real-time showed in the screen of the microcomputer, so it achieved the purpose to monitor and controlled the main parameters for roving ma-chine. The system has advantage, such as simple control and high automatist, and can get high quality rove.
