摘要
为了提高洗衣机的质量,生产厂家必须监测洗衣机运转时的内部参数(如温度、压力等),从而改进洗衣机的结构。本文以PC机和研华公司基于USB总线的数据采集卡USB4711A为硬件,以Labview8.2为软件平台,构建了洗衣机的自动测试系统,对洗衣过程内部参数进行测量,并简单分析。最终根据测量结果改进洗衣机,提高整机性能。
In order to enhance the washer quality, the manufacturer must monitor the washer interior parameters （for example temperature, pressure and so on）, thus improve the washer structure. This article constructed the washer automated test system based on IPC and data acquisition card USB4711A, take Labview8.2 as the software platform. The interior parameters of washing clothe were measured and simple analysis were done. Finally according to the measurement result the structure of washer was improved and machine performance was enhanced.
