摘要
GMR(Giant Magneto Resistive,巨磁阻)焊枪悬浮高度传感器(专利号:200320116511.7)、焊缝检测传感器以及相应的微处理器有机集成,从而使传感器实现小型化智能化,减少对工件检测的死区范围。针对焊缝检测传感器需要标准正弦信号作为激励源,而传统的正弦信号发生器的不足,设计了基于C8051F021的数字化正弦信号发生器。该信号发生器容易控制波形的的各项参数,产生的波形精度高、稳定性好。
The GMR(Giant Magneto Resistive) sensor(patent number: 200320116511.7), welding line detect sensor and proper microprocessor are integrated together, which miniaturizes and intelligentizes the integrated sensor, also reduces blind fields of detecting. Needs the standard sine signal in view of the welding line detect sensor to take the drive source, but traditional sine signal generating device insufficiency, designing the digitized sine signal generating device which based on the C8051F021. This signal generating device is easy to control the profile parameters, produces the high accuracy profile, and the stability is perfect.
