摘要
本文提出了一种优化的故障诊断网络结构,并结合旋转机械中常见的转子不对中故障实例对该网络的构造过程进行了详细介绍,并将其与原故障诊断网络进行了比较,验证了该网络的性能。优化故障诊断网络主要解决了两个方面的问题:一是如何针对完备的或者不完备的待诊故障信息,给出尽可能正确的诊断结果。二是如何在大量的诊断规则中,尽快地找到与故障信息匹配的诊断规则。
The paper put forward the construction of optimized fault diagnosis network, and gave the detailed presentation about the constructing process of this network which combined with the familiar examples of rotor misalignment fault in Rotating Machine, compared with the former fault diagnosis network, and validated the capability of the network. Two problems are solved by the optimized fault diagnosis network: one is how to give the right diagnostic result when the fault information is incomplete, the other is how to find the matching rule from abundant rules in a relative short time.
