摘要
数据传输速度是保证CCD光谱仪在高速、高精度光谱采集中应用的关键,通过合理利用CY7C68013芯片提供的端点FIFO和通用可编程接口,选择USB批量传输类型,完成了CCD光谱仪USB2.0高速接口的固件设计,其中对GPIF外围电路接口、GPIF波形描述符设计、端点FIFO配置、批量传输方式在光谱数据传输中的应用及其固件程序实现作了详细介绍。
The speed of data transfer is the key to assure that CCD spectrometer can collect spectrum data in high speed and high precision, this paper introduces the design of USB2.0 fireware of a CCD spectrometer. USB2.0 interface chip is CY7C68013, its inner FIFO buffer and general programmable interface (GPIF) is intelligently used to accelerate the speed of data transfer. The important contents of fireware design in CCD spectrometer such as GPIF waveform descriptor design based on GPIF peripheral circuit and the application of bulk transaction in fireware program are all discussed in detail.
