摘要
2003年以来,面对全国房价普遍上涨趋势,人民银行先后出台了一系列以调控房地产市场为目标的货币政策,但调控的效果如何有待检验和论证。本文以北京房价变化为例,分析和实证了货币政策对房地产市场的调控效果。并对提高货币政策的有效性提出了相关建议。
Since 2003, in face of the national increasing tendancy of the housing price, the People's Bank of China launched series of monetary policies to manipulate the real estate market. But the effects of the manipulation still need to be tested and proved. This artical takes the example of the housing price in Beijing, and analyzes the effects of the manipulation of the monetary policies on the housing price. And we proposed relevant suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of the monetary policies.
