摘要
烘道广泛应用于丝网印刷、纸张、喷染、电镀以及印刷电路等行业,烘道中物料传送带跑偏、烘干室温度变化是影响烘道正常工作的重要因素。以单片机AT89C51为核心,设计一种以模糊控制和光电纠偏为一体的烘道自动控制系统。采用C51语言进行软件编程,模糊控制原理进行温控,选用TA8435芯片驱动步进电机,实现物料传送带纠偏和温度自动控制。纸张烘干实验表明,该系统能够实现传送带纠偏3-8mm和实时监测工作温度并稳定在78°-82°。
Dryer widely used in screen printing, paper, spray dyeing, electroplating and printed circuit industries .Materials conveyer belt deviation and temperature change of dryer are the most important factors to effect the normal work.AT89CS1 introduced to the core, designing a automatic control system based on fuzzy control technology. Using C51 language programming, fuzzy control theory to regulate temperature and TA8435 drive stepper motor realize conveyer correction and automatic control temperature. Paper drying test indicate that deviation is controlled 3-8 mm and realizing real time monitoring and temperature stabilize 78°-82°.
