摘要
本文针对智能工业分选系统设计了其控制终端。该终端以AT89C51为核心,配以信号调理电路、A/D转换电路、信号输出电路和键盘/显示单元等几个部分。工作时,系统通过压敏式压力传感器采集重量产生的电压模拟信号,将该信号放大、滤波后,送入A/D转换器,转换后的数字信号进入AT89C51单片机,经系统软件进行运算处理后,得出所属分选等级,并向分选开关发出开关量信号,实现对产品的动态称重和实时分选控制。
This system uses AT89C51 microcomputer as its core and is also provided with some correlative circuits, including a signal adjustment circuit, an A/D convert circuit, a signal output circuit and a display/keyboard unit. Finally, the system can output switch signals to open the sorting switches according to product's weight, and products are dynamically measured and sorted in real time.
