摘要
设计并实现了基于线圈触发的车牌识别测试系统,对记录的真实道路视频和线圈信号同步回放,重现了道路现场环境,解决了现场测试过程繁琐和测试结果可比性不强的问题。实验结果表明,本测试系统对车牌识别系统的有效抓拍率和识别率等性能影响很小,基本重现了道路现场环境,可以作为现场测试的替代手段。
The paper constructs a testing system for loop-derector-triggered VPRS (vehicle plate recognition systems). Through synchronizing recorded real road video and triggered signals of loop derector, the system reconstructs the circumstances of road, thereby abates the complexity of testing and makes the problem of weak comparablity of testing result solvable. Experiment results demosntrate that the system not only has real road condition reconstructed but has little influences on the rate of available capture and recognition, so it can be a substitute way to testing on the spot.
