The Development of Graphic distribution information management system

提出并研究了一种以Microsoft Visio 2003图形软件为开发平台,以大型远程数据库Oracle为配电网信息存储管理后台,利用VBA编程进行二次开发的图形化配电网信息管理系统的新技术和新的实现方法。该系统的硬件由服务器、客户端组成,软件采用客户机/服务器体系机构。实现了配电网数据的集中共享、配电网电气接线图的快速绘制以及配电网设备信息的图形化查询、统计等功能。

A new technique and a new method of graphic distribution information management system, is proposed and studied, which uses Microsoft Visio2003 as development platform and Oracle database as the background of distribution information storage management and VBA as secondary development tools. The hardware of this system is composed by Servers and Client, the software uses client / server system institutions. This system achieved a centralized distribution data sharing ,the fast plotting of electrical wiring plan and the graphic inquiries and statistics of distribution equipment information.
