The Subjects and Principles of Rural Collective Land Property Right Conversion

农地产权流转是城市化以及统筹城乡发展的必然要求。在农地产权流转中,需要解决一些基本问题,如土地流转中的各种参与主体以及如何平衡各种关系。笔者试图运用各种资料就农村土地产权流转的主体进行分析,解释不同主体的权利与义务,同时对土地流转中需要坚持的一些原则,提出自己的观点。

Rural collective land property rights conversion is a necessity which is related to the urbanization and the orchestration of urban ＆ rural development.
