Effects of Social and Economic Environments on the Development of Trained Personnel

从十七大报告中关于教育和人才的论述出发,讨论了人才、人才成长和社会经济环境等相关概念,着重论述了社会经济环境对人才成长的影响,对于优化经济环境,培养合格优秀的人才具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。

Based on the exposition on education and trained personnel in the political report made by Comrade Hu Jintao to the 17^th Congress of the Communist Party of China, this paper discusses the concepts of ＂trained personnel＂,＂development of trained personnel＂ and ＂social and economic environment＂, with the focus placed on the influence of social and economic environments on the development of trained personnel. By the self-evaluation of the author, this paper has important theoretical and practical significance to the cultivation of qualified and excellent personnel.
