本文以pro／E Wildfire 3．0中的Plastic Advisor（塑料顾问）为平台，以音箱面板零件为例说明塑料制品进行注射成型工艺分析和注射成型模拟的方法。利用此模块可对设计者提供有益的参考，从而提高塑料制品的成型质量，减少缺陷的产生，降低生产成本，缩短生产周期。

this article uses the Plastic Advisor of The Pro / E Wildfire 3.0 as a platform and the speakers panel as an example,it explains methods of injection molding process analysis and injection molding simulation in plastic products.Using this module,it can provide a useful reference for designers,enhance the molding quality of plastic products and reduce the defects it will reduce costs of production and short the production cycle.
