摘要
分析了滚动直线导轨的磨削振纹产生的原因,并针对其提出了消除或减少振纹的措施:正确选择砂轮,砂轮的平衡,砂轮的修整;保证磨头主轴的几何精度和动刚度;冷却与冲洗;消除工作台的爬行;正确选择工艺参数。
An analysis is made on the reasons of oscillating mark produced in grinding linear rolling guide and the measures are suggested to eliminate or reduce the marks: correct selection of grinding wheel, wheel ballancing, wheel dressing, ensurance of geometric accuracy of grinding head spindle and dynamic rigidity, cooling and cleaning, eliminate stick slip of worktable and correct selection of process parameters.
