摘要
以434名成年女性为对象,考察印象管理对女性健身项目选择、每周健身频率、单次健身时间的影响,并进一步考察刻板印象和社会躯体焦虑对女性健身活动的独特影响。结果显示,印象建设、印象动机和印象觉知对女性健身项目的选择、每周健身频率具有预测作用,而对女性单次健身时间的整体预测效果不明显。其中,印象建设维度是预测女性每周健身频率和单次健身时间最稳定的因素。刻板印象和社会躯体焦虑对于女性每周健身频率没有独特的贡献,但对女性单次健身时间的预测具有独特贡献。结果提示,对女性健身进行干预应考虑印象管理的不同方面。
In order to find the effect of impression management on female adults' exercise, 434 female exercisers were invited to participant the investigation. The results showed that the three dimensions including impression construction, impression motivation; impression awareness could predict the program that females prefer to and the exercise frequency per week. Among the 3 dimensions, the impression construction was the strongest predictor. But the prediction effect on each lasting time was not obvious. According to past literatures, the paper further inspected the effect of stereotype and social physical anxiety on female adults' exercises. The results showed that the two factors have unique contribution on females' exercise frequency per week, but not on the each lasting time. The results suggested that the interventions on female adults' exercises should emphasize different aspects of impression management.
