农户居住空间行为演变的微观机制研究--以武汉市新洲区为例

The Discussions on Micro-mechanism of Households' Residential Space Behaviors Evolution in the Process of Urbanization——A Case Study of Xinzhou District of Wuhan City

利用2006年武汉市新洲区3个乡镇11个村326户问卷调查和访谈调查结果,分析了农户居住空间行为的动力机制,认为农户居住空间行为演变的驱动力是压力和引力2种力量共同作用的,并利用调研数据和消费理论模型进一步证明了理论分析。根据农户居住空间行为交通依附的特征,提出了农户居住空间演变的6个阶段的过程模型,最后针对农户居住空间行为演变的一般规律和不和谐的趋势,从多角度探讨了引导农户居住空间行为的若干对策,为解决乡村出现的各种空间问题提供一些理论参考。

The article gives analysis of the dynamic-mechanism of households＇ which is based on the on-site and questionnaire survey of 326 families from 11 villages residential space behaviors, , 3 different towns in Xinzhou District. The results show that the driving force of households＇ residential space behaviors evolution is co-func- tioned by pressure and attraction, then convince the theory analysis by making use of investigation data and con- sumption theory model. Furthermore, this article puts forward the process model with six stages of households＇ resi- dential space behaviors evolution, which is based on the characteristics of households＇ residential space behaviors＇ associated transportation changes. At last, the article discusses some countermeasures guiding households＇ residen- tial space behaviors from various angles which is aimed at general rules and disharmonie trend of households＇ residential space behaviors evolution.
