欠发达农区农户投资水平差异与实证研究——以巩义市为例

Empirical Analysis on the Differences and Affecting Factors of Rural Household's Investment Level in Less Developed Region——A Case Study of Gongyi City

通过对河南省巩义市10个样本村100家农户的实地调查,指出欠发达农区农户投资水平具如下差异:(1)投资水平整体较低;(2)住房投资偏好显著;(3)农业投资同构主导性;(4)投资行为明显双重性。利用SPSS11.0软件对农户投资水平及相关变量进行分析,研究表明,经济发展综合因子对其影响较大,教育因子次之,税费支出因子和自然条件因子影响力较小。并针对以上问题提出了如何提高和巩固农户投资水平的建议。

Through survey among the 100 rural households in 10 villages of Gongyi, Henan Province, the household＇ s investment level in less developed region presents the following differences ： （ 1 ） Whole investment level rather low; （2） Preference of distinct housing investment ; （ 3 ） Similarly agriculture-driven investment ; （ 4 ） Dual in- vestment behaviors. Analyzing the investment level and correlative variables, it is discovered that comprehensive factor of economic development plays major influence, education factor takes the second place and, tax disburse factor and nature condition factor have less influence. Based on analysis of the investment level, four countermeas- ures that enhancing and strengthening it are brought forward.
