摘要 一拖(洛阳)建工机械有限公司开发生产的小型轮式装载机采用铰接车架结构形式,摆角±35°,转弯半径小,前置工作装置作业灵活,特别适宜在狭窄场地作业.通过对上下铰孔镶入经过热处理的优质衬套,提高了抗压和抗磨强度.在铰板下面增加法兰盘定位压紧,不仅降低了铰板开档精度而且装配、维修、更换更为便利. Small -sized wheel crane produced by No. 1 (Luoyang) construction and machinery Limited Company, adapted boring - link structure, swing angle + 35°, flail radius is smaller, front work device operates quick, especially fit for narrow worksite. By setting a liner with heat treatment into upper and lower boring hole, improved its pressure and wear - resistance capability. To add flange fix tight under bore board not only reduce bore opening accuration, but also easy to assemble, maintenance and replace.
