目的:研究分析超声心动图对单心室诊断价值。材料与方法:综合分析15例单心室患者超心动图检测结果,并与造影、核磁及手术结果进行系统对比,分别从形态学和血流动力学声像图表现提取单心室的诊断要点,提高彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断单心室的相对准确性。结果:15例单心室中有5种类型,其中AⅡ型6例,AⅢ型3例,BⅠ型1例,BⅡ型4例,CⅡ型1例。结论:超声心动图对单心室的诊断及分型有着重要的指导意义。
