胃肠道异物57例诊治分析

Foreign Body in Gastrointestinal (Report 57 Cases)

目的:探讨胃肠道异物的X线检查注意事项和治疗方式。材料与方法:收集我科2000年1月～2005年12月检查出胃肠道物患者资料较完整的57例,对其异物类型、X线检查方法和治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果:经胃镜取出2例,手术取出28例,保守治疗27例。结论:保守治疗者,应每日连续X线追踪观察一次。手术治疗者,应做消化道造影检查,明确异物部位,便于剖腹探查刀口部位的确定。

Purpose： To discuss the X- ray examination maintenance points and treatment protocol about foreign body of the gastrointestinaltract. Materials and Methods： To collect 57 cases of my department about foreign body of the gastrointestinal tract from 2000.1 to 2005.12. And making retrospective study about kinds of foreign bodies, X- ray examination methods and treatment. Results： Endoscopic removemnt 2 eases; Surgical treatment 28 cases; Presevative treatment 27 cases. Condusion： Patients who get presevafive treatment should be made X- ray examination everyday and payed close attention. Patients who get surgical treatment should be taken X- ray examination of the gastrointestinal tract in order to localize the foreign body to decide the incision of negative laparotomy.
