论企业参与职业教育激励机制缺失的原因与对策

On Causes and Countermeasures of Incentive Mechanism Missing in Enterprise Participating in Vocational Education

企业参与职业教育对职业院校和企业自身都是十分有利的。但目前我国企业参与职业教育的积极性不高，动机不强。造成我国企业缺乏参与职业教育积极性的一个主要原因是激励机制的缺失。为此，应完善企业参与职业教育的法律法规体系，制定相关经济激励政策；建立企业参与职业教育协调机构，规范企业参与职业教育的行为；加强职业院校内涵建设，培养企业急需的应用型人才。

Enterprises participating in vocational education are very favorable for vocational schools as well as enterprises, but enterprises in China don＇t have high initiative and strong motivation to participate in vocational education, and the major reason is the missing of incentive mechanism. Therefore, China should optimize relative laws and regulations, formulate economic incentive policies, establish coordination institutions, regulate the behavior of enterprises participating in vocational education, strengthen connotation building of vocational schools to cultivate the much-needed application talent.
