从学校走入工作岗位的过程是人的成长的必经阶段，然而将学生推向就业并不意味着教育功能的实现。职业教育对职校生从校园人到企业人的转型教育，需要兼顾社会发展的需求和个性发展的需求。培养符合企业文化和企业精神，遵守职业操守和行为规范，具备职业素养和职业道德，对企业和个人负责的“企业人”。注重对职校生个体的“自我建构”，进行自我认知及在此基础上的职业生涯规划，实现积极的就业，促进个体的发展。
