羊驼毛纤维的拉伸力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 选择我国培育的羊驼毛为原料,研究了羊驼毛纤维的一次拉伸断裂性、拉伸弹性及拉伸疲劳性等,并与羊毛的各种性能进行比较。结果表明:在羊驼毛纤维的一次拉伸实验中,干态与湿态下断裂强力、初始模量、断裂功均高于羊毛;在定伸长弹性实验中,随着伸长率不断增大,羊驼毛弹性回复率逐渐减小,定伸长作用时间越长,羊驼毛的塑性变形越大,其弹性回复率越小。 Alpaca wool is a kind of specialty hair fiber developed and applied in China in recent years. Alpaca' s warmth retention property and abrasion resistance are better than wool, and so it becomes another kind of specialty hair fiber used for medium-top grade winter dress adornment following cashmere. Currently alpaca basic properties study is mostly centered on import alpaca. The study chooses China fostering alpaca as raw materials, it does some researches of alpaca fiber on tensile fracture performance, stretching elasticity as well as tensile fatigue performance, all of which are compared with those of wool. Breaking strength, initial modulus and work of break are all higher than wool in dry and wet circumstances in one-drawing experimental. In specified elongation elasticity experimental, alpaca' s elasticity restore rate decreases with the increase in extension rate, and it is easy to deform and elasticity restore rate decreases with the increase in specified elongation time.
