DP1-D松式络筒机是瑞士SSM公司生产的精密卷绕设备,具有设备性能可靠,维护简单,调节方便等特点,所生产的松式筒子纱成形好,品质高,卷绕密度均匀一致,特别适合于筒纱染色。介绍了该设备的主要特点,参数和工艺参数的设定与调节,以提高对该设备的充分应用。
DP1-D soft-cone winder is the more advanced precision package winder by SSM of Switzerland. It has characteristic of reliable function, maintenance easy and adjust convenience. The soft-cone by this machine has a good shape, hight quality and conformance density. It is suitable for dyeing. This paper introduced the machine characteristic and analysed the machine function. It also introduced how to set and adjust the data of machine and technology in order to have a good application of machine.
