我国生态纺织品检测技术进展

Evolvement of analysis techniques for eco-textiles in China

由于化学分析类检测仪器的发展,大量先进的分析测试类仪器被应用于生态纺织品检测中,这些大型仪器的应用,提高了检测的准确性,减少了人工操作的实验误差;同时,一些新的检验方法被研究人员应用于实践中,检验的精确度向痕量检测方向发展。这些必将推动我国生态纺织品检测的进一步发展。文章主要从纺织品中的游离甲醛检测、农药残留检测、重金属离子检测、禁用染料检测等4个方面对国内生态纺织品主要检测技术的研究与进展进行综述。

With the development of analytical instrument, many advanced instruments have been used to detect the content of harmful substances in ecological textiles. Following these instruments applied to the determination of ecological textiles, the accuracy of detection is improved and the detection error is much lower than before. In this paper, the main analytical techniques of formaldehyde, pesticide residue, heavy metal ion, allergenic dyes and carcinogenic dyes in textiles were introduced and the research and development in this field were reviewed.
