摘要
目的:比较来自中国与日本的39个模式组当归药材,探索中国当归的识别或质量控制。方法:采用GC-MS,美国安捷伦色谱柱HP-5(0.32 mm×30 m,0.25μm),120℃开始,以5℃.min-1梯度升至280℃。载气为He,FID检测。进样温度280℃,检测温度300℃。运用主成分分析法、聚类分析法和判别分析法对各样品指纹图谱进行化学模式识别研究。结果:Z-藁本内酯在中国当归相对含量高,亚油酸在日本当归中相对高。同时,用验证组7个样品(4个样品来自中国当归,3个样品来自日本当归)论证了该方法的可行性和有效性。结论:气质联用-模式识别方法是一种科学有效的当归药材的质量评价方法。
Objective: To compare 39 root samples of Angelica sinensis and A. acutiloba from China and Japan for the quality control of Chinese Angelica. Method: An HP-5 (0. 32 mm ×30 m, 0. 25 μm) column was used for the GC-MS analysis. The oven temperature was programmed from 120 ℃ to 280 ℃ at a rate of 5℃·min^-1. Using principal component analysis, cluster analysis, and dlscriminant analysis on the sample fingerprints for chemical pattern recognition research. Result: Z-Ligustilide was the key principle distinguishing Chin samples from Japan. Moreover, using dlscriminant analysis, seven samples (four of A. sinensis, three of A. acutiloba) were validated. All samples tested were successfully classified according to their species origin.
