摘要
在分析影响图书馆读者服务质量因素的基础上,构建了图书馆读者服务质量评价指标体系,并利用未确定集合理论及AHP理论构建各指标的隶属度函数和各指标的相对权重,从而,对某高校图书馆读者服务质量进行了综合评价。
