摘要
本文针对馆员职业倦怠的原因和种种表现,提出了馆员快乐工作的方法,以供馆员参考借鉴。
Through analyzing the Librarian job burnout, and all sorts of Librarian job burnout, the paper has put forward the method of librarian happy work, for the reference by librarians.
