The winter following is longer, colder and more complicated than we can imagine＂. In the beginning of August, Yun Ma stated ＂winter theory＂ again and called this period ＂the most complicated and difficult time since WWlI＂. Alibaba hopes to have few years to adjust and motive its staff to have confidence and take preparation in the ＂winter＂ time.
