摘要
本文从基于知识的角度,针对注塑模具浇注系统的设计所出现的问题提供了解决的方法和途径。首先通过对浇注系统在设计与生产过程中积累的各类经验知识和理论知识进行收集、整理、总结,形成了比较完善的、用于浇注系统设计的工程知识总和;然后采用一定的知识表示方法,将总结的设计经验、设计规则、工程数据、工程图储存在专用于浇注系统设计的知识库中;最后通过知识的推理技术,从已建立的数据库中获取设计过程中所需的各类知识,从而形成完整的注塑模具浇注系统的设计流程。本文主要从浇道的设计来论述这一过程的实现。
From the knowledge based point of view, solutions to above problems in injection mold feed system design are given. First, The experiential and theoretical knowledge, accumulated in the course of feed system design and manufacturing, were collected, arranged and summarized, forming a more perfect engineering knowledge system. Next, with certain knowledge expressing way, the summarized design experience, design rule, engineering data and engineering drawings were deposited to the knowledge bank used by feed system design. At last, with knowledge reasoning technology, the knowledge needed in design can be got from the database, and a whole design flow for knowledge based injection mold feed system is built.
