摘要
以安娜奥负离子添加剂、钛白粉为主要助剂利用压延成型的方法合成了可释放负离子的聚丙烯多功能性的合成纸。用负离子测定仪,扫描电子电镜,经中国化纤产品质量监督检测中心测定:其负离子最大释放量达到了10530个/cm^3以上,释放负离子的聚丙烯多功能性的合成纸具有强度高、印刷效果好、除味祛味等优良性能,还具有耐水、耐油、尺寸稳定、不易老化、质轻、绝热性好、不怕虫蛀等优良性能,是健康、绿色、环保型材料。
We synthesize multifunctional polypropylene synthetic paper which can release anions with anion additives and titanium dioxide as the main promoters by calendar forming method. We test the Synthetic Paper by Anion Detector, FT-IR, SEM, XRD, etc. Tested by China Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Determination, its largest release anions reached 10,530 / cm3. The polypropylene synthetic paper which can release anions has high strength, excellent printing result, removal of smell ,and also be water resistance, oil resistance, dimensional stability, not aging, lightweight, good adiabatic quality, moth-eaten, etc. Therefore, it is healthy, green and environmentally-friendly material.
