研究滚柱超越离合器在最大转矩2500Nm工况下以及隔离环槽口侧面与轴线的平行度误差、内环凸轮上的滚柱工作面与轴线的平行度误差存在的情况下,滚柱的接触应力偏载分布状况(即端部应力集中)。通过分析不同误差条件对滚柱偏载的影响,为超越离合器的制造以及装配过程中控制误差提供重要的数值依据。

This paper discusses uneven distribution of roller contact stress while roller overdrive clutch, with the maximum torque of 2 500 N. m, has parallel errors between distance ring notch side and axis, and inner cam roller working surface and axis. It provides a significant basis of controlling errors in overdrive clutch manufacturing and assembling processes.
