强酸性大孔树脂催化合成肉桂酸正丙酯的研究

摘要 应用强酸性大孔树脂CAT600做催化剂合成肉桂酸正丙酯,通过优化合成工艺得到最佳工艺条件:肉桂酸0.02 moL,酸醇摩尔比1∶5,催化剂用量45%,反应时间3.5 h,在此条件下产率达94.30%。 The n-propyl cinnamate was synthesized with CAT-600 strong acidic macroporous resin as catalyzer. The preparation processes were investigated and optimum conditions were: cinnamate was 0.02 moL, the molar ratio of cinnamate to n-propyl alcohol was 1 : 5, the amount of catalyzer was 45 %, the reactive time was 3.5 h and the yield of the product was 94.30 %.
