摘要
建立了牛奶中糠氨酸的含量测定方法。采用硅胶柱,3%冰乙酸溶液为流动相,检测波长为280nm,按外标法定量。结论:该方法科学、简便、精密度高,结果准确可靠。
A kind of determination method for furosine in milk has been established. The HPLC system column is silica gel column. Mobile phase of 3% acetic acid mixture,with detection wave at 280 nm. The result showed that the method is sensitive, simple, accurate and reliable.
