摘要
文章首先对档案数据库的总体概况进行阐述,并分析档案数据库开发与建设过程中的著作权保护现状以及目前我国档案数据库建设的优劣势,最后,提出优化档案数据库著作权保护的一些措施,希望能为我国档案数据库建设的不断完善和发展提供可执行的办法。
This article describes the general situation of archives database, and analyzes the copyright protection actuality of archives database as well as the predominance and disadvantage on the construction of archives database in China, finally, puts forward some measures which optimize the copyright protection of archives database. We hope those measures could provide some feasibility means for the construction of archives database.
