也谈“档案包含文件”——兼与管先海先生商榷

文章针对管先海先生在《论"档案包含文件"——从发收文角度看档文关系并兼与刘东斌先生商榷》一文中提出的"档案包含文件"这一颠覆传统式的全面创新的学术观点进行商榷,指出该文存在逻辑推理错误和自相矛盾之处,并结合文件运动规律,深入分析支撑"档案包含文件"观点论据的不合理性,由此得出结论,并非档案包含文件,而是档案均由文件转化而来。

The article argues against a subversive tradition academic perspective ＂archives corer documents＂ ,which is given by Mr.Guan Xianhai in his aiticle ＂Discussing on ‘Archives corers Documents ＇- The Relationship of Archives and Documents in view of the Receiving and Sending Documents and a Discorse with Mr. Liu Dongbin＂, and pointis out that there are contradictions and errors in logic in Guan＇s article,then analyses why this view ＂archives covers of documents＂ is unreasonable.In the end,it points out archives is transformmed from documents but not covers of it.
