摘要
介绍了硅铬合金中碳的存在形式及其渣洗脱碳的基本原理，分析了用精炼铬铁炉渣渣洗硅铬合金炉外降碳的影响因素。通过理论分析和实验证明，渣洗脱碳率可达90％以上，脱磷率50％。
It introduces carbon's form in SiCr alloy and basic principle of washheat decarbonization, analyses effect factors of SiCr alloy decarbonization out of furnaceby wash heat with refined FeCr slag. Terified with theoritial analyses and practices,wash heat decarburizing rate can achieve more than 90%, dephosphorizing rate 50%.
