摘要
根据新钢生产实践,运用数理统计方法分析了焦炭常温抗碎强度M40和耐磨强度M10对锰铁高炉利用系数和焦比的关系,分析结果表明,M40、M10主要影响焦比。M10是影响锰铁高炉产量和消耗的主要因素。
Base on the production practice of Xin Yu I&S Co., with mathexnaticalstatistics method, the coke anti-broken M., and wear-resisting M,, strength at ambienttemperature were analyzed. The result analyzing the relationship of utilization coefficient in FeMn blast furnace with coke ratio shows that the coke ratio is mainly by M40M10, while M,, is the main factor to affect the production and electrical power consumption in FeMn blast furnace.
