新风混风冷却机组控制系统的研究

摘要 文章对新风混风冷却机组控制系统进行了阐述。该系统是采用新风混风、变频调速、PLC控制、含水湿膜等焓加湿等先进技术研制开发的机电一体化设备,利用室外低温环境的冷空气,与机房内高温空气相混合;引入新风循环风混合比参数,控制室内的温湿度;根据程控交换机房内发热负荷的变化调节进风量,进而调节程控交换机房内的温度;通过含水湿膜加湿器等焓加湿,对程控交换机房内的湿度进行控制,使程控交换机房内的温湿度控制在要求的范围内,在室外环境温度较低时取代专用空调设备。运行结果表明,该系统控制性能满足要求、消耗电能低、环保,其推广应用将带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。 This paper introduced Xinfeng-Hunfeng cooler control system. The machine-electricity equipment adopts the advanced technologies, such as the cool air & mixed air, frequency conversion timing, PLC control, adiabatic humidification. While fully utilizing cold air of outdoor low temperature environment, the air of high temperature is mixed in the computer laboratory, and introduce the cool air & mixed air parameter and controll the temperature and humidity in the room, and regulate wind quantity of entering the computer lab by generating heat and guarantee the temperature of the computer lab being in the range of the request, and utilize adiabatic humidifier to add wet and controll the humidity in the computer lab at the same time. When the environmental temperature is relatively low, it may replace the special air conditioner. The result shows that the characteristics of the equipment are high control performance, low electric energy consumption, and environmental protection. The promotion and application will bring the enormous economic and social benefits.
