摘要 本文以DSP为信息处理单元,将电子天平与红外干燥箱融为一体,设计了一种水分测定电子天平,这种仪器具有水分测定与质量称量两种计量功能。采用时间最优控制与模糊PID控制相结合的控制策略对干燥箱的温度进行实时控制,既可发挥时间最优控制快速消除大偏差的优点,又能发挥PID控制精度高,超调小的优点,从而使静态、动态性能指标较为理想,同时又达到了准确、快速测定的目的。利用模糊控制可在线调整PID控制器的参数。实验结果表明,本文采用的控制方法缩短了系统响应的上升时间,提高了仪器的测量精度。 In this paper, DSP is used as an information processing moisture content measurement. The balance combines electronic weighing unit to design an electronic balance for system and infrared drying oven, which enables the balance to measure moisture content and weigh the mass. Optimizing time control and fuzzy PID control are integrated to control the temperature of the oven in real-time. The design method can not only exploit the advantage of optimizing time control for eliminating large deviation, but also exploit the advantage of high precision and small overshoot of PID control, which makes the static and dynamic performance specifications comparatively ideal. At the same time the purpose of accurate and fast measurement is achieved. Fuzzy control can be used to adjust the parameters of PID control on-line. Simulation results show that the control method can reduce system response time and impose the instrument measurement accuracy.
