摘要
随着标准化活动在医院、学校、科研院所及政府机关等各类组织中广泛开展,急需确立"组织标准"的合法地位。企业标准是组织标准的主体,也是国家标准体系的主体,应充分发挥企业标准的主体作用。
With the rapid development of standardization activities in hospital,school, research institutes and government office,it is in the great need to clarify the legal status of organization standards. It should play a key role of enterprises standards, which is the subject of organization standards and national stardard system.
