摘要 建立机织物的等效电路模型,在导电弹性纤维材料的电阻应变效应基础上推导了机织物的电阻应变关系。设计了机织物的平纹组织结构及信号转换电路,分析了柔性应变传感器的输入输出特性与灵敏度。对机织物的结构参数分析表明,当机织物中的导电弹性纱线为并联方式时,可选用电阻率适中或较低的导电弹性纤维材料,理论上适用于任意尺寸物体的大应变检测;当机织物中的导电弹性纱线为串联方式时,只能选用电阻率较低的导电弹性纤维材料,且仅适用于较小尺寸物体的大应变检测。 The electrical equivalent circuit model of woven fabrics has been fabricated and the relation be- tween strain and resistance of the woven fabrics has been deduced based on strain-resistance effect on con- ductive elastic fiber material. The plain structure of woven fabrics and the signal converting circuit for woven fabrics have been designed. The input-output properties and sensitivity of flexible strain sensor have also been deduced. The analysis of structure parameters of woven fabrics indicates that fabrics woven with conductive elastic yarn in parallel connection is expected to be made of conductive elastic fiber with a mod- erate or low resistivity and be applied to large strain measurement for any scale objects in theory, while fabrics woven with conductive elastic yarn in serial connection is expected to be made of conductive elastic fiber with a low resistivity and be applied to large strain measurement for small scale objects only.
