Clean Production and the General Plan for SO 2 Reduction

运用清洁生产的观点和方法，论述宝钢削减ＳＯ２的方略是：洁净原燃料、清洁生产工艺、节能降耗和烟气脱硫四管齐下。要达到削减ＳＯ２的目的，必须在生产的全过程下功夫，而不是仅限于烟气脱硫。只有这样，才有可能取得经济效益与环境效益的完满统一，生产建设与环境建设的协调、持续发展。

Using the viewpoint and method of clean production,the article describes the general plan on reducing SO 2 amount in Bao Steel,that is “clean raw materials,clean production technique,energy saving & consumption reducing and flue desulphurization”.In order to reduce SO 2,a lot of work must be not only put into the flue desulphurization,but the whole process of production also.Only in this way,can both the economic and vironmental effects be obtained.
