暮底河水库是云南"润滇工程"的一项标志性工程。通过投融资体制的创新探索,不仅成功提前建成了工程,而且以此建立了水利工程良性发展的链条,创建了公益性、经营性并存的水利工程的建设和发展新途径。

Mudihe Reservoir is one of the landmark projects among the ＂watering Yunnan＂ projects in Yunnan Province. By innovating means of financing, it not only ensures the completion of project in advance but also creates a new way of water project financing with both public funds and private participation.
