摘要
目的:研究勐醒芒毛苣苔Aeschynanthus mengxinensis叶醋酸乙酯部分的化学成分。方法:采用各种色谱法分离,运用多种波谱技术鉴定结构。结果:从勐醒芒毛苣苔的醋酸乙酯部位分离鉴定了4个化合物:2α,3β,19β-trihydroxy—olean-12-ene-23,28-dioic acid(1),2α,3β,21β-trihydroxyolean-12-erie-28-oic acid(2),2α,3β,23-trihydroxyurs-12-erie-28-oic acid(3)和豆甾-5(6),22(23)-二烯-3β-醇(4)。结论:运用HMBC和HMQC,首次对化合物1碳谱和氢谱数据进行全归属,化合物1~4均为首次从该科植物中得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate portion of an ethanolic extractive of the leaves of Aeschynanthus mengxinensis. Method: The column chromatographic techniques were applied to isolate constituents. A combination of IR, ESI-MS, NMR and 2D-NMR spectroscopy was used to identify structures. Result: Four compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of this plant, and the structure of them have identified as 2α, 3β, 19β-trihydroxyolean-12-ene-23,28-dioic acid (1), 2α, 3β, 21β-trihydroxyolean-12-ene-28-oic acid (2), 2α, 3β, 23-trihydroxyurs-12-ene-28-oic acid (3) and stigmast-5 (6), 22 (23)-diene-3β-ol (4). Conclusion. The NMR data of compound 1 was completely assigned by 2D-NMR techniques, including HMBC and HMQC. Compounds 1-4 were isolated for the first time from Gesneriaceae.
