Terpenoids from leaves of Aeschynanthus mengxinensis

目的：研究勐醒芒毛苣苔Aeschynanthus mengxinensis叶醋酸乙酯部分的化学成分。方法：采用各种色谱法分离，运用多种波谱技术鉴定结构。结果：从勐醒芒毛苣苔的醋酸乙酯部位分离鉴定了4个化合物：2α，3β，19β-trihydroxy—olean-12-ene-23，28-dioic acid（1），2α，3β，21β-trihydroxyolean-12-erie-28-oic acid（2），2α，3β，23-trihydroxyurs-12-erie-28-oic acid（3）和豆甾-5（6），22（23）-二烯-3β-醇（4）。结论：运用HMBC和HMQC，首次对化合物1碳谱和氢谱数据进行全归属，化合物1～4均为首次从该科植物中得到。

Objective： To study the chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate portion of an ethanolic extractive of the leaves of Aeschynanthus mengxinensis. Method： The column chromatographic techniques were applied to isolate constituents. A combination of IR, ESI-MS, NMR and 2D-NMR spectroscopy was used to identify structures. Result： Four compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of this plant, and the structure of them have identified as 2α, 3β, 19β-trihydroxyolean-12-ene-23,28-dioic acid （1）, 2α, 3β, 21β-trihydroxyolean-12-ene-28-oic acid （2）, 2α, 3β, 23-trihydroxyurs-12-ene-28-oic acid （3） and stigmast-5 （6）, 22 （23）-diene-3β-ol （4）. Conclusion. The NMR data of compound 1 was completely assigned by 2D-NMR techniques, including HMBC and HMQC. Compounds 1-4 were isolated for the first time from Gesneriaceae.
