摘要
目的:分析不同产地的川党参中党参炔苷的含量,为川党参的质量标准建立提供参考。方法:采用高效液相色谱分析,Supelco Discovery C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);乙腈-0.5%醋酸水(20:80)为流动相,检测波长268nm。结果:24批不同种与不同产地的党参中党参炔苷含量介于0.0403~0.9667mg·g^-1。结论:该方法操作简便,结果稳定可靠,可用于川党参的质量评价。
Objective: To determine lobetyolin in the root of Codonopsis tangshen from the various cultivation areas. Method: A Supelco Discovery C18 Column (4. 6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-0. 5% acetic acid in water (20: 80) as the mobile phase and UV detection was at 268 nm. Result: Twenty-four batches of the samples were analyzed. The content of lobetyolin ranged from 0. 040 3-0. 966 7 mg · g^-1. Conclusion: The method was simple, reproducible and reliable. It can be used to control the quality of C. tangshen.
